I’ve seen darkness. I’ve sat with my demons, listened to them, and learned their names—not to fight them, but to understand them. I wanted to see what they were trying to protect, to hold them with care, even when they hurt. I didn’t come through shiny or perfect. I came through whole. Still myself, but stronger. A version I trust. A self I hold with compassion, softness, and pride.

✧ Why I Do This Work ✧
I do this work because not everyone needs to revisit every childhood wound to move forward. Not everyone wants to analyze their past just to make a clear decision in the present. Sometimes, you just need someone who can sit with you in the moment—to see what’s really going on, to help you name it, to help you find your next step. And if you do want to look back—if you’re ready to understand how your past shaped you, to trace the threads, or break the patterns—I’ll walk with you there too. There’s no pressure, no rigid process. Just honest insight, real presence, and deep care.
